Vi ser så mycket fram emot att dela vår stora dag med er i vackra Italien! Bröllopet kommer att äga rum i Canicattì på Sicilien, som också är Sestrias hemstad. Denna charmiga lilla stad erbjuder en äkta siciliansk atmosfär bortom de typiska turiststråken. Eftersom Canicattì inte är ett vanligt resmål rekommenderar vi att ni planerar att stanna en till två nätter. Tänk på att det kan vara svårt att ta sig runt utan bil, men under bröllopskvällen kommer vi att ordna en buss från centrum till bröllopslokalen.

Vi föreslår att ni flyger till Catania flygplats på den östra sidan av ön, som är den närmaste större flygplatsen.

We are so excited to share our special day with you in beautiful Italy! The wedding will take place 10–15 minutes from Canicattì, Sicily, which is Sestria’s hometown. This charming little town offers an authentic Sicilian atmosphere, away from the usual tourist paths. Since Canicattì isn’t a typical travel destination, we suggest planning a stay of one to two nights. Please note that getting around can be challenging without a car, but we’ll arrange a bus from a meeting point near the center of Canicattì to the wedding venue on the evening of the celebration.

To help with your travel planning, here are some recommendations—though of course, feel free to adjust based on your own preferences:

Flights

We recommend flying into Catania Airport on the eastern side of the island, which is the nearest major airport.

Transport
